BIM Coordination Engineer – Data Centre Projects (Sweden)€75,000 - €85,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a BIM Coordination Engineer to join their on-site project team in Sweden. This is a key project delivery role supporting digital coordination across major MEP packages on a hyperscale data centre project. You will be responsible for clash detection, model coordination, and ensuring all BIM deliverables support construction sequencing and installation. This role suits a BIM professional with strong Revit and coordination experience who wants to work on complex mission-critical projects in a fast-paced site environment.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate BIM activities across mechanical, electrical and CSA packages• Manage clash detection and resolve coordination issues across disciplines• Produce and maintain 2D and 3D models, drawings and schedules in line with the BIM Execution Plan• Deliver project coordination milestones to support programme and construction requirements• Liaise with package managers, engineers and subcontractors on complex MEP installations• Support model reviews, constructability checks and technical coordination workshops• Assist in managing as-built model updates and handover documentation• Support site teams with digital coordination and installation sequencing requirements• Contribute to quality BIM outputs aligned with project standards and client expectations• Support continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital delivery workflowsAbout You• Degree in Engineering, Building Services or similar• Strong experience in BIM coordination on large-scale construction projects• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred• Advanced Revit MEP knowledge with Navisworks coordination experience• Good understanding of BIM execution planning and clash detection workflows• Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills• Detail-oriented with strong organisation and problem-solving capability
